The house is part of the Vallados de Gratamira II gated community, which is made up of 15 luxury residential homes that are surrounded by an environment of exuberant nature and the perfect climate the City of Eternal Spring is known for.Colombian Architect Norberto Garces Alarcon explains his creative inspiration and architectural centerpiece as the magnificent tree Albizia Carbonaria, a native species, that ascends 25 meters from the home: “The house provides an experience of respect and balance with the natural environment: a connection with the essence of life demonstrated through the beauty of harmonious co-existence. The design magnifies the Albizia tree and refers to flora as a vital source for living.”
